"Overall the stay was nice, however there was a hole appearing in the ceiling of the main bedroom and the en suite bathroom smelt really horrendously of sewage. We were unable to stay in the room as it smelt so bad, even with the fan on and the windows open. We were also asked if we would like to reserve a parking a lot behind the property, to which we said yes. However upon arrival there were no parking spaces available."

"This property truly is a 5 star. It is clean and modern with all the required amenities as well as lots of detailed extras including welcome gifts and robes to be used during your stay. Chris was an absolutely amazing host with attention to detail and was always available to offer assistance and answer our questions. His restaurant recommendations were spot on. The location is amazing with quick access to the university and the walking path along the river as well as local shops and sights. ...
