"This hotel looks clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and friendly. However, elevators were slow, also our balcony overlooked the pool area, and every night it was loud music and noise until the very late time, so, we could not get asleep. Dining area was also overcrowded. Parking was also full. "
"It’s an excellent property itself, very spacious, modern and clean. However, second elevator didn’t work for some time, and we had episodes of no water or electricity. It was a problem, since our suite was located on 19th floor. For the last day, water was shut off completely without any explanation or apology."
