"Front desk, from the moment we arrived... the lady was a power trip and so hospitable. She acts like those people that work at YMCA. She was truly an unhappy human being. She does not belong in a 5 star resort ambiance."

"Room was clean, however the stay was not pleasant due to loud club music blasting until around 3am so we were not able to sleep at all. Also, the sliding mirrors as a door to shower and bathroom were awkward and not private enough which also made the stay uncomfortable. On the casino floor, no one ever came by for us to order drinks."

"Hi. Nice room, air conditioner super loud woke me up all night. Beautiful hotel. There is no 24 hour airport shuttle falsely advertised on Expedia. Staff said they would credit me an Uber to the airport, and then they rescinded the offer so here I am writing a 3 star review. :) restaurant food is surprisingly really good and the bartenders are great! Breakfast pricing could use work. Refreshing atmosphere of solo people on business work trips here, made lots of new connections."
