"Great stay. Receptionist helped me through 2 rooms with major problems and got me to a room that was excellent. Best part of stay was wonderful lady that cooked the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel and I’ve had breakfast at a lot of hotels. Sorry I didn’t get her name but she is truly a great chef."

"The red roses display is refreshed daily. Had a mishap in the cleanliness of my bathroom. Spa access starts at $200 and if you want a service you must pay additional money starting at $240 plus. The concierge looked at me very strange when I asked about discounts service spa. I will book again. The hotel is breathtaking. "

"Couldn't fault the property. Best thing about it was, that it wasnt a casino hotel. Which made it relaxing and peaceful in las vegas. And no noise you get from a casino hotel. It felt like a home away from home. Everything you could ask for. Loved the spa bath in the hotel room and the ice maker in the freezer. Plus the lovely view of las vegas from the hotel room. Will definitely stay there again when making another trip to America."

The only thing that we were sad about was that the original room we reserved for our honeymoon on the top floor wasn’t ready at check-in time so they had to put us in a room 6 floors down. It was a very smooth check-in process and secure, and just what you hope for when you are exhausted from traveling. "
