"Was charged an extra $200 on card on top of the hotel tax…. No one mentioned this charge anywhere on the website upon booking… when questioning the charge with hotel staff was told it was an incidental holding deposit for charges for any room damage….. have no issue paying the holding deposit but it needs to made clear during the booking process to fully inform customers on what to expect"

"he hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the customer service is exceptional. The pool, spa, and fitness center are among the best in Las Vegas and truly set this property apart. Our only minor complaints were that there is no coffee maker in the room, and ordering coffee through room service is quite expensive. In addition, the hotel is located a bit farther from the center of the Strip, so you’ll likely need to take a taxi or Uber to get to most attractions. That said, these are small inconveniences compared to the overall experience. This is easily one of the best hotels in Las Vegas."

"My room had a nice view everything was good just restroom wasn’t clean and the pool it close to early ,but other then that I would stay here again ."
