"I stayed at the Sahara in Las Vegas and was disappointed from the moment I walked in. As soon as you step into the hotel, the cigarette smell is extremely strong and hard to ignore. The room itself was average at best, nothing impressive. The gym was the biggest letdown: very old equipment, ripped bench, unclean floors, and overall poorly maintained. Definitely not what you expect from a major hotel on the Strip. To make things worse, I was surprised with a $124 resort fee. This feels like...

"The hotel is under construction, so appearance wise it wasn't great. The rooms were clean and decent. The layout of the bathroom and sink area was annoyingly small and inconvenience. Not having breakfast option on the weekend wasn't great not sure why they offer it on the weekdays and not the weekends. Staff was great."

"Unfortunately the management and front desk staff are clueless. Check in was chaotic to say the least trying to encourage online check ins when the software took longer than the line to complete. If you have a breakfast credit it will not work you will still be charged despite specifically asking on how to apply the credit and clarifying how to use the credit. It sees that the staff is not trained properly and it's unfortunate especially working in customer service and organizing corporate...
