"Staff was helpful, but the room was so cold at night due to air-conditioning, which was fine but not any heavy comforters or blankets. I had to call down to the front desk to get more blankets and they sent up a few thin ones, but my opinion is that should have been a second layer and should have had a heavier comforter on the bed. The security officer brought it up to us, which was helpful. The property was clean and they cleaned the room daily and delivered fresh towels, which was great."

"The hotel is great. Easy walk to Wynn and Encore and directly across the street from the mall access. Just be aware that if you get Amazon packages delivered to the hotel they charge a $50 signing fee. That was not told to me when I called to inquire about package delivery."
