"The room was exactly as pictured. Very roomy and the experience of my stay of 2 nights was great. The free breakfast was so delicious. I would totally stay here again and bring my family next time we visit. Customer service and everyone that worked the hotel were all so nice and professional. All American cafe, the waiters/waitresses and bartenders were all so nice."

"Our first time staying here and it was overall pretty good. It's off the strip so you avoid a lot of the traffic but close enough that you can still get there easily. The monorail is a short walk from the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, they have a activity room with a pool table and even a photo booth. The rooms are huge and have everything you can think of including a washer and dryer. It's literally like an apartment with a living room and separate sleeping area. My only disappointment...

"We loved the cleanliness. Shower pressure was👌. Lots of good food! Valet was awesome! It was quiet! Beds were a lil hard but good size. We disliked the AC blowing in our faces all night, the beds need to be moved to the opposite side of the room so the AC is not blowing in our faces"

"Had a wonderful three night stay at the Encore. Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. View was amazing. Ate in several restaurants on property (Cirpiani, Delilah, Casa Playa, Red 8, Terrace Point Cafe, Urth) and all were excellent. Fun experience to hang out at the Wynn or Encore pools. Easy to get to a concert at the Sphere."

"Hi. Nice room, air conditioner super loud woke me up all night. Beautiful hotel. There is no 24 hour airport shuttle falsely advertised on Expedia. Staff said they would credit me an Uber to the airport, and then they rescinded the offer so here I am writing a 3 star review. :) restaurant food is surprisingly really good and the bartenders are great! Breakfast pricing could use work. Refreshing atmosphere of solo people on business work trips here, made lots of new connections."

"The Hilton Grand Vacations on the strip's hotel, pool, and outside pool bar along with the entire staff were amazing. We had a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and laundry and it was perfect for a 4 night stay in Las Vegas. Beware of the "free gift" This property is a time share property, if you sign up for the "free gift", you will be required to attend a very high pressured Hilton brand timeshare sales presentation and tour. It took 2 hours to finally get them to understand we are not buying on...
