Great stay! The staff are all so accommodating and friendly. Quiet the oasis with lots of things to do, sauna/bathhouse, pickle ball courts, fitness classes and that's just to name a few.Their breakfast buffet was superb. It is 20mins from the town of Hoi An which you can take their hotel shuttle to or order a Grab car.

At the front desk, Maxim and Kate were very very nice and helped me enjoy my stay. In the spa, the lady Moon was very good and was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I loved everything about the resort and I hope to come back soon

Great stay at New World Hoiana

Even though this resort is 15 mins from Hoi An, it was a perfect place to base ourselves for the 5 days we visited. The rooms are great, buffet breakfast was also good and guest services were incredible (Kate and Kristen made our stay extra special). Th communication before we even arrived was great through their WhatsApp - would stay there again.

Excellent facilities and pool, spa. Options for kids to enjoy. Rooms were also of a good size and breakfast was excellent. We spent 7 days at Hoiana and proximity to the local town meant we could Eat and enjoy the local culture away from the hotel In the evenings (20 mins) taxi. We would stay again and the rates were reasonable for a luxury resort although we felt the service standards were not as good as they could Be for this level of resort.

Has to be the elite stay within Vietnam. This place has been styled so well and with the most opulent furnishing and finishes you'll ever see, anywhere. And then there's the food. The breakfast is a must and you have to do the buffet dinner - the endless supply of Lobster & endless cocktails that are included could spell danger. Luckily my partner was not well so I had to rein it in. Pools, not a lot of people used the pools surprisingly. But again, we are not short changed here either. Clean, huge with all the surroundings can't be beat. Plus the sea / beach is steps away with some great surf if that's your gig. The Spa / Saunas are free and nice. Plenty of extras you can purchase but tbh, you don't need extra here. For massage or pampering, you can just head into HoiAn or Danang. Kids areas are great too. If I'd brought mine, there's plenty for them to do. They have sort of a Kids Club and a bunch of kid specific pools - some with slides and another with bubble bath area. Shuttle is constantly shuttling, with pickups in HoiAn hourly, you save coin with not having to Grab from A to B. If you want luxury; Views - Food - Casino - Pools - and of course the people & staff. They'll bend over backwards to cater for whatever your needs are - you have to spend just a little more, and stay here asap. So yes, I'll be back and next time - possibly with the kiddies, possibly with the boys for Golf, probably with the missus.

This property is an mega resort with everything even casino. Many restaurants in the resort to and other facilities. However, they are located in the middle of nowhere, which means you need to take transportation to get any place outside of the resort. Their check out time is 11 am which is rather earlier than other hotels.

Great hotel,but best enjoyed outside of low season

The resort is massive, with quite a few places to eat (although a few were closed as it was low season) and a casino. However, during low season the place felt lifeless as the place lack the usually movement of tourist bringing life to a cavernous space. The hotel is stylish and modern and our room was beautiful and spacious, just a shame we came when it is rainy season as we could not sit out in the balcony. Breakfast was great, with a good selection. The pool area was also nice, pity we could not use it as it was too cold. There is also a private beach. The resort is 20 mins away from Hoi An Old Town and 50 mins from Danang. The resorts does provide shuttle bus to these locations which we did take advantage of, especially to Hoi An where we went for dinner on a regular basis. The restaurants in the resort are expensive, more Western prices, so it was worthwhile taking the bus or a Grab taxi to Hoi An.

I like the resort, the swimming pools and the breakfast. For the playhouse, it’s better to improve the hygiene, and there are some balls in the ball pit are broken, and it will be great if there are employees to monitor the ball pit conditions. Besides, the front desk should proactively to advise the membership, my husband has asked during the check-in, but the front desk only said there is no membership. While we bought the coffee at Cham, the lady told us we should go to the Casino to apply for the membership in order to enjoy the discount in the resort’s restaurants.

Pros: The hotel is very new, clean and nice. The service of the staffs was excellent. The food quality was good. Cons: There’s a casino and KTV (with girls…) inside the hotel. You can smell the cigarette once you go in the hotel, and there were guests smoking inside the hotel while walking. Lucky that we were not staying at that wing. And the location of the hotel is quite far away from the city, airport or any of the scenic spots.
