Its a big ashtray, very difficult to breath at night. They donthave mon smoking rooms. Don't get breakfast if you don't want to eat with cockroaches.

I was there for a tourist visa and had to stay somewhere. The casino was not my thing but the room I stayed in was clean and quiet.
The "restaurant" instructions on how to order food on my 1st night where not communicated well. No one came to my table even when I tried to get help. I did not eat.
Breakfast was included and later found out about how to order food.
The manage was the only one that could speak English well and help me with the printing of my visa letter.

I was happy with everything about the actual hotel until i laid down and saw a bed bug nypmh crawling towards me on the white sheets. I work in pest control and I know exactly what a bed bug looks like. Identifying the bug is also easy as the bug was crawling towards me and had no issue crawling on me when given the opportunity. Other bugs do not behave this way. It is also concerning that this was a bed bug that was in the early stages of its life which indicate that there is an active population that was freshly laying eggs in the room that I was in. I do commend the staff at the hotel who tried to move me to another room before providing me with a full refund after i did not feel comfortable staying there. They were very polite and attentive and took responsibility for the problem.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, there were several issues that made the experience unpleasant. The most alarming was finding cockroaches in the breakfast area, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
The hotel also had a strong smell of smoke. At night, the smoke smell became overwhelming, making it difficult to breathe and get a good night's sleep. It felt like the ventilation system wasn’t working properly, and there was no effort to address the issue. Fireworks are extremely annoying too.
Additionally, basic requests were ignored. I asked for an ironing board and for the stained floors in my room to be cleaned, but neither was provided. The staff seemed indifferent to these simple needs, which only added to the frustration.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor air quality, and unresponsive service made this stay extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
