"The property was generally fine, though the lobby entrance was being repaired, and it was not clearly marked as to where to enter. We were charged twice for a security deposit, and the first room we were given was occupied. Only one bar of soap in the bathroom that we passed back and forth between shower and sink. The breakfast area did not have napkins and forks out. "

"Sheets were not changed after the last persons stay. Blood on sheets dirty underwear tucked under the sheets. Clean better"

"The hotel needs a lot of updates and general repairs to the rooms. It is in a convenient location, however, it is very close to train tracks with trains that can go by loudly a few times thru the night. The rooms open to the outside parking lot with stairs to the 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was ok. If room improvements were made this may counter the issue with the trains going by so close to the hotel. "

"Well trained staff greet you. A thoroughly modern and clean property in a safe community. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy on and off access to I-40."

"Parking is always avaliable. The hotel is near many restaurants as well as gas stations. Staff is always nice and helpful and our room is clean and smells good! We stay often and never have issues! "

"Extremely clean, cold a/c, great water pressure in the shower, comfortable linens. Fantastic place to stay!"

"Do not stay here pulled up two cops on premises got to my room it was dirty one light blown out shower dirty stain on blanket checked out due to these conditions no manager to talk to no maintenance person refused to give refund or make it right no manager ever there I guess her name is sue was traveling with a minor had to leave for these reason "

"The hotel had updated carpet and rooms were clean. The issues at this hotel is as follows. The room phone had no cords or connections, and the hair dryer was broken. The water pressure was excellent. At one point the whole staff went to break together so the front desk was left unattended. At one point I told housekeeping that I didn’t need service for the day which I had asked for an extra towel and face towel, when I came back housekeep removed my extra linin, so I had to go get extra again....

"The was very friendly and helpful, parking was easy and accessible. Room was very nice and clean. However, the noise was a problem."

"The staff was friendly and very nice. The room however was awful. The tile floor had not been properly adhered to the subfloor. The tiles were cracked in some place and in others would lift up as you walked on them. It sounded like you were walking on broken glass. The hand towel holder kept falling off every time you took a towel off. The light bulbs needed to be changed one was out and the other flickered. When we asked if we can change rooms we were told no due to it being full. "

"The rooms are very nice, bathrooms nice and clean, bed comfortable clean could’ve used another blanket though. Parking is OK. Did not use the gym. The gentleman at the counter was very nice, friendly and professional. I think his father was sitting there just watching everything when he could’ve got up and helped when multiple people came in at the same time. The only complaint was the breakfast bar which I always look for a really great breakfast bar, but there was a basketball team staying...
