"Peeling paint in shower. Old and worn linens. Old and worn carpet. Filthy fan bent cover in bathroom. "

"This property is very old and it looks it. The furniture is old, the tile is old. Everything was just a little broken. The side door entrance to the building didn't lock, my room door's top lock was broken. The vending machines didn't work. The bottom sheet on the bed was worn and pilling. When I arrived the place smelled so strongly of cleaning supplies that I had to leave to get some air. So I guess they do clean, but it is just so old, there's not much you could do to fix it with any amount...

"We went for breakfast at 730 am and no food left they brought more but not much and again by the time we go in line and to the hot food, it was all gone again. We asked staff for more food.as.we had still not eaten. We never did get breakfast...ate somewhere else. There was a bunch of water in the elevator from someone who was in the pool causing a tripping hazzard."

"Great value. Clean, comfy beds, helpful amenities including a fridge in the room, adjoining rooms, nice variety at breakfast. Pool was a little cold but my niece loved it. Hot tub was huge. Small but very functional gym. Quick drive to lots of outdoor spaces including Lapham Peak. Walkable to tons of shops and little fast casual restaurants including ice cream and Starbucks. Easy off/on to highway and convenient to everything we were doing in Delafield and Waukesha. We have family in the area...

"Very clean, pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was great with a lot of options. Having double beds instead of queen beds was a bit odd but besides that, everything was great! Location is also good with a lot to do in the area. "

"This property could be ok. It is older. They have done some remodeling but could use some new paint. Clean the hot tub and pool area. The chair in our room had the seat cover basically off. But the biggest thing was the comforter cover looked dirty and stained, but even worse when I took the cover off the comforter had a big pee stain on it. I mean it smelled like it had been washed but cmon, why would you put that on there. They did immediately give me a new one and apologize. The staff was...

"The staff was great. The morning breakfast was delicious. The pool area was less clean than the rest of the property. It wasn’t so terrible that it prevented us from letting our kids use the pool. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Stayed on a Monday after Easter & loved that there was no one around. The location is great and right across from the lake (even tho it was cold & windy while we were there) We just wanted to chill & the sauna was the perfect answer. There were massages on premises if you wanted. The front desk girl, I'm sad to say, I didn't get her name, but she was delightful & very helpful. She definitely helped make us feel welcome. The suites are spacious & supplies were more than we expected for our stay....

"I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. "
