"The only complaint I had was that our room was right next to the pool. There were a lot of kids playing in the pool after the 10:00 p.m. closing time. We had just gotten back from a long vacation and were extremely tired. If you want a quiet night's sleep, request the 2nd or 3rd floors."

"if I could give zero stars and warn respectable people away, I would. My partner and I, stayed at least every two months as it is close to grandkids and a First responder patient of mine. Booked AND PAID for Friday-Sunday (June 19-21). As usual, we requested room 209 or nearby, as they are ADA compliant, and close to lobby and elevator, which we physically need. NO PROBLEM HISTORICALLY. However, due to work schedules, I called Thursday, the 18th, to advise that we would not be leaving home...
