Heck-in, so room was hot and took several hours to cool off. C unit was very noisy, so difficult to sleep. Pillows nearly flat and polyester sheets had naps."

"The gym was not well maintained. The gym floor was dirty, there weren't any wipes. I complained and someone came in the gym and mopped but they didn't do a good job. Housekeeping doesn't make the beds or clean the rooms during the stay. They just offer you towels, so your garbage can build up. Rooms were nice and pretty clean on arrival."

"We got there a few hrs early and the sweet employee working the front desk wrote down my number to let me know when a room was ready. She called about 30 minutes later☺️I thought that was very thoughtful of her. The rooms were so neat and clean. "I originally left a review when I first arrived at the hotel, but after staying there and checking out, I changed my mind and wanted to update it. The rooms were clean, but the pull-out bed in one of our rooms had a stain on it. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in easy. When we checked in, our room was spotless. Staff were incredibly helpful and also very friendly as well. "Loved how the hotel was only 1-5 minutes away from stores and food, even a food lion right around the corner! The staff was super helpful and always cleaned the room and helped you with what ever service you needed. Loved the security they had at the front door after hours made you feel very safe! The pool was big and clean and the grills were awesome as well."
