"I would give this no stars if I could. Tell me how a hotel is going to shut off the hot water to the entire hotel on a holiday weekend? I had a toddler and a 9 month old baby. There are NO amenities and good luck calling or finding front desk staff! Forwarding your phone to voicemail (which is full by the way) on a holiday weekend is HORRIBLE customer service!"

"Super classic mountain lodge in a fast growing g resort town. Convenient to everything and has an amazingly warm lodge vibe with fireplace and a made to order breakfast. "Stayed in the suite - 1 king and sofa bed, which is excellent setup for a family with kids and much more roomy than avg hotel room. The downside was sofa could not pull out to make a bed and front office was one person running other errands and upon return explaining there is no one that can help with that until morning. Our check in took 30+ mins to get the one person to come to front desk and figure out how to find our reservation. Hope the hotel gets staffed better when in full season....
