"Limited free onsite parking so payed for parking nearby.
When we approached reception to check in member of staff busy on computer, so we had to wait until she had finished rather than greeting us and checking us in then returning to computer!
The hotel was okay but maintenance needs to be improved our remote power button did not work so the only way to turn tv on and off was to use the power socket located behind the wall mounted tv,
The windows in the en-suite were grubby and in need of painting.
We only stayed one night and don’t know about the food."

"Wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary. Beautiful building, immaculately maintained and decorated. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and superb breakfasts - awards for which are well deserved.
If you’re fit it’s a 10 - 12 minute walk down into the town 20 minutes back (it’s a bit of a pull up the hill).
