"The elevator broke down before we went. Body wash didn’t get topped up. Housekeeping once every three days unless on request. No air conditioning, a problem in summer. A heater and fan provided in the room."

"The hotel was in a good place, not too far from the town centre and also easy to get back onto the M5. It was also good having the free car park with ample spaces. The staff were helpful. The only downfall the mattresses are very soft and when there are 2 of you in bed you both end up rolling into ..."
