"This was our first and last time to stay here. Property called to collext payment at 10 am when I chose pay at property. She was very rude. No one was at the desk when we showed up so had to sit and wait. We did get a room close to pool and on first floor thanks to Abraham. Other staff was very rude and dismissive. "What a gorgeous property and very pleasant stay! Thank you to the entire team for the immaculate, unique setting. We felt welcomed the moment we arrived, enjoyed the sunrise from the huge windows overlooking the water, and the delicious continental breakfast. The location overlooks a lovely beach and walking path and we enjoyed the serenity and delicious dining in South Portland as well as the convenience to Old Port. "The hotel was clean and in a great spot. The staff was helpful. I was disappointed in some of the tech. You are asked to text to retrieve your car. Our car was “not recognized by the system”. We also were unable to cast to the TV in our room with a streaming app. The service kept on recognizing an adjacent room. We called the helpline but they could not resolve the issue. "
