Fantastic location in downtown, easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Appreciated the in room fridge and the pantry amenities on each floor. Grounds and common areas were very nice! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This hotel is well located in the Old Port area of Portland. Room and bathroom both very good. People should know you pretty have to use the valet parking there for overnights (45$/day) and there is a $35/day resort fee that is credited back if use restaurant/bar there.

Overall - nice and clean hotel. The walls are too thin. You can hear people’s conversations, doors slamming, etc. But other than that, it’s a good hotel if you are planning a 1 night stay in Portland with access to restaurants, bars, etc.

We stayed at the Harbor Hotel for a weekend away from the kids for my husbands 40th birthday. It was lovely! The courtyard is so peaceful, the design of the hotel overall is impeccable, and the staff was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Mateen at the front desk completely made my wife and I's trip. We came for a weekend getaway from NYC to get some fresh oysters and lobster and his recommendations were both outside of anything I was able to find in my research online and were all fantastic. We even went back to his oyster recommendation twice in our 2 day vacation because the recommendation was that great (The Shop by Island Creek Oysters)

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's in a great location for sightseeing in Portland and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We loved the little things like the flavored seltzers and snacks by the elevators on our floor. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but had a drink and sat by the beautiful gas firepit. There was live music that night which was great. All around a great stay.
