"My stay at the Greenfield Inn was as I hoped it would be. It was located just off the highway but very quiet. As I was attending a funeral, I did not need all the fancy extras that often are provided at a cost, but it had all the things I needed. A refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer and a comfortable bed!!! "The room itself was clean and mattresses were comfortable. The pillows, however, were flat. We had a person to each pillow, so we couldn't snag another and use two. New pillows needed badly. The bathroom was the size of a closet. We needed to bring my mom's toilet seat riser and arm rails on the toilet which made it more tight. I couldn't book an accessible room because those rooms have only one bed. The toilet was an issue to get paper to flush. It clogged at one point, so we went to ask...

"We chose Country Inn and Suites because the rates were good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with varied choices the 3 mornings we were there. The amazing element was customer service. We had glitches with arrival times for our group, and the staff juggled to make a room available. We had a disaster with wedding clothes, and they found the needed solutions. They were friendly and accommodating beyond any reasonable expectation! "

"The lobby is newly remodeled and looks great! The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and pillows were great. The breakfast was very good also! After two other hotel stays in Anderson, this was a great stay! The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. When I go back to Anderson, if I need a hotel it will be here. They are also renovating all the rooms. We didn't get a renovated room, but it was still clean and nice. It was alsona great price! The other 2 hotels were more expensive. "
