"Room was good size. clean. The only thing we didn't care for is it had walk in shower and it was impossible to keep the shower curtain in place to keep it from leeking water. Needs a small lip to hold curtain in. Did like shower water pressure and good hot water."

"My friend and I were in town for the Outlaw Music Festival 08/23/26 but arrived the 22nd and the curb appeal was gorgeous we were greeted by a well groomed gentleman in a suit I believe his name was Kevin perhaps not 100% he was very friendly and well mannered held a smile every time we encountered him throughout the rest of the day, when we entered our room on the 3rd floor it was inviting very clean and the decor was homey as I approached the big window to open the drapes I noticed a stain on the ceiling along the top of the window it reached the entire length of the upper window and the middle section had some black mold growing on it (I’ve had Breast cancer 2x and my friend has leukemia ) our immune systems are compromised so we needed to switch rooms I immediately called the front desk and spoke with a young lady with a pleasant voice. Her name was Mya She immediately came to our room to assess the problem when she got there she didn’t hesitate to let us know. They were upgrading our room and we would be moving to the fourth floor if that was OK with us so she helped us gather our stuff and to the fourth floor extremely helpful, friendly and beautiful girl. She definitely is an asset to the Marriott courtyard. We went down a little later and she helped us with finding a restaurant. We slept. Excellent were extremely happy with our day the next morning I went down we missed breakfast but the manager on duty his name was Ed he was super helpful in our checkout."

"It's close to Ruoff Music Center plus has a gentleman who shuttles there and back for 20 per person. Breakfast nothing fancy but it was good and tasty. They only have king room for accessible beds and that was a downfall bc I usually travel with my guy and 1 or 2 others so I book 2 queen beds room it has accessible handrail for tub but the beds are so high off the floor I even took a step stool but it was a bit higher than what I needed so I had an extremely hard time bc of my leg and then I have a knee issue on the other leg. I'm not where I can get up easily or take a run & jump in bed but the mattresses are comfortable but the frames are too high. Also we did an early check-in (1 hr 1/2) & they said 20 fee but I was told when I booked it would be ok and no charge and then we even checked out 2 hours b4 the check out time but was there a 20 reimbursement offered nope! So I think there should be that and lower beds in the queen rooms!"

"We stayed for a concert and it was amazing, the people were very friendly and welcoming, place was very clean. Room was great, price was perfect and the best part there is a shuttle van that will take you to the concert and pick you back up for 20$ per person can’t beat it. Will be staying anytime we come for a show. Thank you quality.inn"

"Very clean quiet. Didn't like potholes in entrance 😩😫 at would help if there was a sign higher up indicating the entrance was the hotel. Overall enjoyed stay will definitely stay again. Can't understand the pay to park situation. Room fee is already expensive !!!!"
