"bathroom was filthy. hair was left everywhere. even on the towels. told the staff and all i got was an ok. would not recommend staying here. Also i have blonde hair not black."

"Only one slow elevator and the Tv is so old you could not watch anything with clear picture.cleaning team is lazy."

"Room was way too dark. Only one nightstand…would have liked one on each side of bed with a lamp. No light by table and chairs. The Keurig coffee pot did not seem very clean (where you pore the water), therefore we didn’t use it. I think we were in a handicap room and we did NOT request one. Would have liked a light breakfast."

"Very nice place to stay. Came here for a mother daughter trip to experience the Amana colonies German Village. Staff was very friendly, food was good. Rooms were nice and clean. Shower was a glass door shower, very spacious. Definitely recommend."

"The experience was horrible. The website says newly remodeled and smoke free. That was the furthest thing from the truth. There was a strong smell of WET cigarette smoke in the room. Dirty towels in the hallway. No blankets on the beds. Just sheets that had a stinky smell. I wouldn’t want my dog to stay there. For free. My mom has asthma. She instantly got sick and started coughing and chocking eyes watering up and other stuff … too much to mention. They should tear it down and start...
