"There are three aspects that make this property absolutely outstanding: 1. The view from the room is simply sensational. Sitting on the balcony taking in the beach and the sea is sublime. 2. The spa. Where do you get three large saunas and a pool? Very enjoyable. 3. The breakfast is top notch. It might feel a bit busy, but once you sit next to the window overlooking there beach, all is forgotten. The buffet offers all the trimmings and the omelette was just right. "

"Beautiful spa with amazing facilities. The buffet which was €27 was absolutely delicious and very well priced. The people that work are very helpful and courteous. I don't 5 star often at all and I have reviewed over 200 hotels and resorts but this one deserves the ratings. Be aware though some of the paperwork says 10am checkout but it is actually 11am. Again absolutely wonderful people throughout. Also spa prices for wellness were very reasonable. "

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"The location is nice, close to the beach. There is a band playing at the ground floor sometimes in the evening till 10 pm. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The pool is smaller than thought.,but very nice, usually full of kids playing there. The bed is very disappointing, very uncomfortable : there were two single mattresses on a double bed. The bedsheet was not changed during our stay at all as there was a chocolate stain on it. "

Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. "The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

"We lived this hotel. More about that later. First you should know this hotel has NO AIRCONDITIONING. None. Open a window. Bugs may come in. It was 68 to 70 degrees farenheit during our stay. We were fine . Lovely room with ocean view. Boardwalk leads to shopping and dining area. Spacious room with drawers and shelves. Pool us in the spa and a bit strange. Spa people want you to buy $22 bathing shoe to go in.. Lovely hotel enjoyed our visir very much. "
