"My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and had friendly dispositions. The parking lot was well lit with clear views all around. The best part was breakfast, there was a buffet with hot eggs, sausages and very tasty potatoes. There was a variety of other items to choose from as well. My only complaint is that the elevator had a very bad odor the evening I got there and it was still there when I left the next morning. But overall I was happy with my stay. "

"While the hotel was renovated several years ago, it's still an old hotel with small rooms. Having said that, it seemed clean. Our biggest concern was the railroad track across the road. Trains rumbled through frequently, usually waking us up. The other issue was our bed sheets. They seemed old, thin, and yellowed. On a positive note, a very nice large area for breakfast. Breakfast was very good!"

"The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Flagstaff Northeast was fantastic! Check-in was easy, the staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious in the morning, and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. I would recommend staying at this Marriott and will do so again when I travel. Great job, Marriott!"

"Once I open the window and turn the fan on in order to get rid of the cleaning smell, it was much better. I did not sleep that night. We left early in the morning. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely pleasant."

"Here's the thing about Flagstaff: Route 66 runs parallel to the train tracks, and all the hotels seem to be along Route 66. Freight trains with cargo run night and day so you hear and feel the rumble everywhere. I could even feel the rumbling under my feet when I was in the library, located several blocks away from the tracks. The only bad thing with Kings House is their coffee. Here's a tip to see some beautiful gourges & mountains: drive north on 89 to Cameron and turn left on scenic route...
