Room was decently clean. Stay was not good due to horrible internet service and the streaming services on the TV was not working. When I asked about the streaming service, the front desk agent was very sarcastic in saying that "it's not going to get fixed tonight" which I did not find funny at all. ...

Hampton Inn & Suites Albany Airport
The facility was adequate for our purpose. It could use some upgrades which they were in the process of doing. Pot holes pulling into the parking lot need attention. Staff was excellent, breakfast had good options and the cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly

Saratoga Casino Hotel
The room was beautiful and clean, also the water was nice and hot.Only two complaints 1. The pool was closed for 4 days, my entire trip. 2. There aren’t any microwaves in the room, you have to go downstairs to the lobby in the mini store to warm up your food which suck.
