It wasnt busy so not sure why no clean glasses ? Reception staff lovely and polite"

"There are areas that need a little TLC. The rooms ive stayed in have been immaculately clean, with fresh bedding and towels. The best complement I can give is how professional and friendly the staff are. Gemma A, Hardeep, Diptii, Roxana and Malika are amazing."
