"Amazing experience from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the quick check in, friendly staff asking if I needed anything else, and warm cookies upon check in was a great touch! The staff checked in on me with texts and in the lobby to ask if I needed anything while I was in the city several times which I appreciated. "Hotel is beautiful and staff was amazing. Location was near 1 train and many options for food nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise at night. We stayed on the street side at the intersection and it was loud. Also, the doors to all the rooms are very heavy and slam shut. It’s a lot in the middle of the night to hear all the doors slamming shut. Other than this, the stay was great and the hotel itself is beautiful."

"The rooms needed some cleaning. There was odor in the room and stains in bathroom. The ac was not working and on notifying the front desk said someone will help but no one did. The folks at front desk didn’t know hours of checkin and breakfast hours and gave conflicting info. Overall am not coming back here again."

"The staff was amazing. The front desk dealt with an expedia bug that double booked customers very graciously and were very welcoming every day of my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood close to most places you want to visit in nyc. They have a great lounge where you can enjoy drinks, food and watch a world cup game. The staff is what absolutely makes this place amazing . From the front desk to the staff at the lounge they are all superstars !! See you soon Eddie"

"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The employees were kind and very helpful l. My only qualms were how dark the room was, there weren’t many bright lights, and how cold it was. I tried adjusting our thermostat but it was freezing which I won’t complain too much…it was HOT outside. Overall, nice property, affordable and convenient."
