They charge $40/day as Resort fees, to offer you 2 Tkts per day for various things like Liberty Cruise,Comedy Show,$ 20 credit for their F&B, upgrade to Premium internet...However, Concierge goes home at *5pm*. Front Desk informs you that your day 1 tkts will be added to day 2, however, when you go to pick up tickets on day2, So if you check in at 6pm, you pay $40mbut dont get the benefits, isnt that a RIPOFF ? The Concierge,i believe John was SO RUDE AND ARROGANT,that he says,once i go home,nobody gets the tickets and we will not give you day 1 tickets on day 2.AND i will NOT Inform the front desk to not misinform the guest. Seems Westin hasn't heard of the concept of Manager on Duty,Night Manager etc, where a MOD can hand over tickets etc. They want to collect Money/Fees, but not give you the promised Amenities/tickets, how is this even legal ? AND the Arrogance of the concierge needs to be seen,seems he feels,at any other place, the GM should write him up and take action and offer a apology to the guest and also refund the money, for the rudeness of the conceirge and also for not being able to honor the promise of delivering the promised tickets.Hope Marriott and the Owners take some action, The Curb between Times Square to the Westin literally smells of piss etc.Not Their fault.Premium www tech support also doesnt know that they have to give the passcodes because the guest are being charged $40, so people use unsecured internet in a Westin, Welcome2Westin.
