"Lovely little hotel complex. Staff gave us a call to check with us about dinner and arrival time which was very kind. We were given the disability access/family room when we had booked a standard double. There was an extra bed which took up a lot of space and the bathroom was a wetroom with a high toilet so very inconvenient for us and unfortunately not the comfortable night we were hoping for."

"It is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel and you are expected to park five minutes away and drag your bags up and down a hill which is not great if you have accessibility issues. The noise of the shower room ventilation was very intrusive. We did not sleep well - the pillows were enormous and we were woken up by carousing students several times. Would not stay again."

"I stayed here some years ago and was very impressed, however it is very tired and dated now, they are doing some renovations in some areas. Definitely not worth the money at the moment."

"We arrived early and our room was ready to check in which was super as we had a wedding to attend.parking was available which was another plus for us. Staff were inviting and friendly. Room was inviting and comfortable. Lovely shower! Loved the bar snacks and lovely breakfast. Ideal location for us in the middle of shops cafes etc. "
