Spotless and spacious room. Exceptional front desk staff. Great location a short walk from Yale University. Welcoming lobby with mini-shop for snacks, drinks, necessities. Beer, wine, other beverages in lobby. We loved our stay here!

They didn't give us the room type we booked on Expedia for our first night. After much back and forth, they made us shift into the right room type on our second day at the property. Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale
Hotel is in need of renovation. Very old property. Required a 2 night stay at unreasonable prices because it was a Yale football weekend. Charged $57.50 for parking even though I did not have a car. Ultimately was able to get that reversed after sending emails.
