"It would be nice if there was a box of tissues in the room. Breakfast could be better with some fruit. No elevator so if you have mobility issues, make sure you have the ground floor room. Air conditioner was noisy. Staff were very accommodating. Rooms were clean but the paint job was poorly ..."

"We have stayed here before. It is a great location, just a short walk to the pier. Rooms are clean and our beds were comfy. Great place to start your Cabot trail experience and don't fidget to visit the Alexander Graham Bell museum."
