"The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of tourist activities and right by the tower hill train station which was very convenient. The hotel Lobby area was clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are very small but are okay for a 1-2 night stay. The cleanliness of the room was not good at all. It appeared clean but upon further inspection it in fact was not. The floors were no sweep well the side of the bed had all kind of dirty, hair and debris. We also found a used contact lens in the bed...

"Such a wonderful hotel stay for my first time in London. The staff were all lovely, and the room exceeded expectations. The location of the hotel is great for public transportation around the city, and you are very close to the beautiful Canary Wharf. I will definitely be staying here again, and couldn't recommend this hotel enough!"

"We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Hotel is quiet and relaxing. They were at capacity but you would not have know it. Service at the bar could be slow, as it appeared wait staff from the kitchen also tends the bar. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great look caption, close to the bridge."
