"Everything at the hotel was fabulous, the only issue we had was the morning we were checking out. We were due to check out at noon yet the housekeeper kept knocking on our door trying to get the room done. I don’t find this acceptable when we are entitled to stay in the room until noon. This was reported to staff member on reception who was fabulous. "

"Friendly greeting. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Plenty of lifts to get to floors. Bar staff chatty and approachable great choice of drinks and food . Fast with both. Free parking (what a bonus) bus stops just around the corner although taxis were quicker to get into Edinburgh town. Would highly recommend and use again. Loved Scotland!!!"
