"All good. Had room upgrade. Room was a good distance but was large and comfortable. Bed was around 4feet off the ground in our room called William but was very comfortable. Staff were all very helpful. Had one small issue which was we were not allowed in the garden area to have drinks early evening although we did order some popcorn cauliflower. We were asked to go in a small area outside. It was very early and very quiet so couldn’t agree it was right to not allow us in the lovely garden...

"Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value."

"Lovely hotel. Most of staff very nice and welcoming. However the lady who was on reception Saturday afternoon/evening was quite rude. When i asked for some more tiny milks the receptionist asked sternly " Why! Isnt 4 enough?" I replied "No, as i use 2 per drink as they are only small." She then glared at me before storming off and returning with cupped handful of milks which she then thrust into my hands. Never encountered that before at any hotel."
