"During the past 3 or 4 years since my previous stay in the hotel, its condition and overall service have deteriorated substantially. When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. "It's a new hotel and so everything is new. The room is large, staff is friendly, internet is fast. I didn't eat at the restaurant as the menu didn't include anything special (considering the cost); there are better choices close by. Overall, a very good hotel, just expensive."

"The property is located conveniently near the east Nada. The rooms are dated but clean. The service quality is below par. The AC remote in our room wasn’t functional. Upon request they replaced one. We requested for water which they acknowledged but they never showed up. It is unlikely that we’ll return to this place, "
