"The rooms in this hotel need to be refurbished...very dated accomodations with old carpet in guest rooms and very old bedspreads on the beds. Being the only hotel in Oyster Bay, it has a captive audience. I realize it would be a major upgrade expence but it is time. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The other guests in this hotel were outrageously noisy. We arrived at 1am after a long flight and were hoping to get a good nights sleep. Even with earplugs, we were awaken by people yelling in the hallways the entire night. Not sure if that’s a regular occurrence, but it was horrible for us. Breakfast was good. Check in was easy. We had to wait at the airport about 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and there weren’t enough spots for all of the groups waiting at the airport needing...

"Convenient and close to airport, check in and out was easy and smooth thanks to Bea. Clean, albeit, a little dated. Towels were soft and plentiful. AC worked great. Breakfast tasty and coffee hot. Shuttle was on time"

"Perfect for overnight stop near JFK - only a 10-15 min transit via free shuttle service. Room was clean and functional and bed very comfy. Room had slight smell but nothing unpleasant. Staff were polite. Shower head wasn’t the best at distributing water and the sink took forever to drain the water. You need to board the Airtrain and get to Federal Circle station (one stop from T8) for shuttle pick up. Not a big problem but had to call hotel to get this instruction and they didn’t immediately...

"My husband and I stay here overnight. I have to say the customer service was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The set up of the room was perfect. The ambience when you walk into the hotel is a good vibe the bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome we had a great day the only thing missing was that there was no iron to iron your clothes and Parking was extremely hard other than that. I think we had an excellent day."

"So disappointing to find out that the shuttle was completely useless to us. They only drop off to some locations some times. There is definitely a lack of communication on that. We had to pay an uber every time. Disappointed! We did better staying in Manhattan and riding the bus to the Corona Park area."

"Floor was so dirty when I got onto the tub after showering I left foot marks. My luggage had nit been just moved but items moved onto different floors. Tge beds were to my waist The double rooms are nothing like what sttgey shie. Maintenance us dub par It has been 9 days to get my 25.00 deposit back. I was told the next day now im told 30 days. Very limited TV Very over priced Contacted management No reply"

"Check the air conditioning right away. On a 90 degree day the air conditioner wasn't working. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was handed a card to email the manager. Also, expect to pay for the valet. Street parking is only option and not the best area. One positive is the restaurant food was better than expected."

"There’s no place to park, unless you park a block away and then you would have to pay for parking. Not in a safe area to park. The area itself didn’t look safe."
