"I never stayed here before but it is amazing! So clean, starbucks in the lobby. Valet parking, and they are wonderful. The room was so clean, spacious and what a view of the harbour from the 14th floor. The staff is so wonderful and courteous, fast and friendly. Best hotel ive stayed in in a while"

"Hotel areas and room were very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Early check in was denied at 2.15pm. Check in lady said that room was not ready. Given the " not many people showed up at breakfast" thinking it cant be that hard to have a room ready st 2.15pm. Just my thoughts. "

"The room was Excellent!! We loved the division between the living and sleeping area. The kitchenette was fantastic and allowed us to save on eating out, we ate most of our meals in the room. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again myself. "
