"Customer service was EXCELLENT! Both Brandon and Angie (front staff) were welcoming and kind. Facilities were clean and outdoor area was well kept. My only complaint was the bathroom door was hard to manage (no handle) and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. "Nice place! Staff were polite and professional. Room was nice, it had a good view of the lake in by the college. Breakfast was good - a nice selection of things. And my son loved the indoor pool. The bed was very hard, and the pillows were the down-type that get really flat when you put your head on them. Not ideal for side sleepers, so I could not sleep at all- thus- Deducted 1 star. "

"I really liked this place. The layout of the room and the full kitchen served us really well for our one-week stay. The laundromat is free to use and that is such a nice amenity. "We booked this hotel since it was close to our surgery area for the kids to enjoy time in the pool. We left home early so they could enjoy the pool. Imagine our surprise when we arrive and are told the pool is undergoing maintenance. None of that was mentioned online when we made the reservation."
