"They canceled our stay after I called to tell them we weren’t going to be there on Friday but would be arriving on Saturday (so changed from a 2 -night stay to a 1 night). When we didn’t show up on Friday (even after I called on Thursday) they canceled our stay and rebooked our room. So we were left scrambling to find another hotel."

"This was the cleanest well kept hotel I think I've ever stayed at. The staff were very kind, courteous and ready to help and greet us every chance they had. Our room was very spacious and had a full kitchen. We very much enjoyed our stay for a weekend getaway."

"First night in the room, shower didn't have hardly any water pressure. I was able to switch rooms. Next day some "employee" helped himself an walked right in the room, saying it was past check out time. My reservation was from Wednesday through saturday,. I go to front desk ask if everything was ok, they acted like the guy was only there to pick up items for another location. English wasn't their main language, so I walked away."

"Hotel was under MAJOR construction. So there was no “bistro”. There were nails sticking out of the carpet and cut my daughter’s foot. The door had a huge gap underneath and on the side causing all of the hallways noise ( including ice maker and elevator) to come into the room. Positive note: staff was always pleasant and helpful"

"I didn't get the front desk gentlemans name but he was INCREDIBLY helpful and I feel he went above and beyond to be as helpful as he could. The first floor of the hotel was a little rough, carpet patches raised and separated. We had issues with our AC but again, the evening front desk guy was wonderful at helping fix things. Most importantly our room door was very hard to lock on the first night . on the second night it would not lock. We used the latch thing but did not feel secure."

"* The front desk clerk shouldn’t worry about feeding the stray cats outside and pay more attention to the guests. When we arrived she was outside trying to feed them. Our keys that she gave us for our room wouldn’t work so we went back to the front desk and had to wait again because she was outside trying to feed the cats again. * Hotel smelled like incense burning especially in the hallways.
