"The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...

"Good enough room, though not perfect but has a comfortable bed. Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. Overall, well worth the money and with a convenience store right across the street within walking distance for small items or other needs it was a great...

"If you are allergic to bed bugs like i am, do not rent a room from there. I dont know if its paractice of Expedia to book people rooms with such filth and rude workers. "The air conditioner in the room blue air, but it wasn’t cool. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I walked to the front desk and told the young men on staff and they had a very sarcastic. I don’t care attitude. At Continental breakfast in the morning I found it was very sparse and not what they advertised. Another person in there said their air-conditioning wasn’t working either while another said they were there because they saw waffles advertised on their continental...
