"We arrived late to find out that not only was the room I booked two month prior not available at 1 am but the only room available was a double with no air conditioning that “needed to be cleaned still”. In addition.. the property was dirty, there was still food on the floor around the “breakfast area”. There were old documents and papers stacked and scattered everywhere behind the check in counter. The computer wasn’t working properly. The only thing decent about this place was the tired clerk...

"One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"Room had just been renovated and there was still work being done. We were very pleased overall with the stay. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful with dinner options. We would stay at this property again."

"There was a liquid soap dispenser that didn't work and it fell off the wall. It was hanging on a screw. There were two tiny bottles, one shampoo and one conditioner. There were two of us, so we didn't take a shower the next morning.
The air conditioner wouldn't turn on. When we checked out, the lady told us there was a button at the bottom of the unit we should've turned on. How could we have known about it?
There weren't many TV stations to watch and at check-out, I heard two other guests...

"The girl at the front desk was so kind and understanding about all of our requests. The pool was the cleanest pool I've seen at a hotel in a long time.
Beds were comfortable and AC really cold. Great place to stay!"
