The reason I am giving 4 stars is the most important part of staying at a hotel is a good night sleep and to have a good night sleep mattress should be the most comfortable. Excellent, nice, elegant, and modern hotel to stay. The front desk staff, room staff, and restaurant waiters were very nice and polite. And the breakfast buffet was very good and abundant. I will stay here again next time I go visit Bologna 😊
