"Very unique property. Nice room. Downside to being an old mill was sounds echoed. We had very noisy neighbors across the hall. We called the desk to complain and they handled it promptly but something to note."

The room had an odor of a wet dog that smelled like they tried to cover it with Febreeze or some cleaner."

Broken cabinet doors, drawers that don’t shut and come out on their own, AC had crap all in it, probably never cleaned, the chairs in the room were full of stains and a torn cushion that was just flipped upside down to try to hide the tear. "Top notch hospitality and customer service! We came back to our room on the 3rd floor and saw the bathroom floor flooded from a leak in the ceiling during a terrible rainstorm . Went to the front desk where the GM continued to apologize and explain they know they need a new roof and that is taking place next week!
