"The bad poorly made and the water not provided in the room until two calls to the stuff."

"The staff here in particular the front end (Betsy) and the gentleman who held our bags were phenomenal. I would recommend a change in the pillows and the flooring, it was soft in some spots. The beds were comfortable. The balcony view was great. The location was good to all amenities. Noise level was low near Bourbon street. I would have enjoyed lounging at the pool, however there were only 3 Thank you!"

"Room was nice, but water pressure was very weak - made it hard to wash shampoo out of my hair. Our 4- day stay was too long to go with no housekeeping. We wake up early, but restaurants open later for breakfast. Would have appreciated the hotel providing breakfast items like they did in past stays."

"Great location for access to Bourbon street, shopping, restaurants, Jackson Square and the Green Line streetcar to the Garden District. The hotel was very clean. Our room was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable. Separate sitting area with TV, kitchenette with sink, coffeemaker and refrigerator. Bedroom nicely furnished, TV and comfortable bed with upscale linens. Val-let parking was excellent. Car was parked in a locked garage directly across the street from the hotel and Val-let personnel...
