"This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. The man at the front desk who checked us in was so polite, helpful, accommodating and they spoke both English and Italian. They also allowed us to shower in a room after we had checked out, since our flight was not until 7:30pm. They booked us a private car to pick us up at the Santa Teresa ferry port which was over 90 minutes away. "Its fantastic but an elevator would have helped, get the breakfast, staff is stellar, rooms are giving honeymoon sweet of the 90s cute . Pillows were flat that was crazy to me. Location was perfect pool is soo cute view from room absolutely epic"

"A beautiful property with one notable service flaw. During our two-night stay, we loved the hotel's prime location. Having a private beach just a three-minute walk away is incredibly convenient, and both the swimming pool and the breakfast spread are top-notch. That said, the room service left a lot to be desired. It took the staff two days just to bring us a clothes steamer, which was an irritating oversight. A great hotel overall, but they need to tighten up their guest requests."

The hotel has a fantastic location, and having convenient parking on-site was a huge plus for us since we had a rental car. "The hotel is beautiful. Great views and private beach is a huge plus. Very close to the airport. Free parking is also very attractive. The staff is super friendly and competent. Overall I recommend the hotel. Be careful with one thing. when you pay they add 5% for total stay and 15% for consumption at hotel that is not mandatory and is described as employee benefits. In my case it was about 200 Euros I declined to pay."

"Hotel is loud. With no sound barrier between hallways or rooms. So you can hear everything. They allowed large families to order room service at 1:40am which kept us up all night. Room robe had a torn belt loop and some leftover plumbing tools in it when we checked in. Great location and breakfast but not an amazing hotel experience."
