"The park listed the restaurant hours as open until 9pm. We arrived at 8:17pm and the only restaurant was closed. The hotel manager overheard and had the kitchen grab us a few to-go plates!! Absolutely caring people. Our room was in the middle of a large group of teenagers from England that were in and out of rooms and running past our room all night, so didn’t sleep much. Room was clean and comfortable at least! "

"This was a great stop on our way to June Lake. It was dog friendly. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. Lots of channels to watch. Great dog area. Quick check in. The only thing I would say that could have been better was the water for the shower wasn’t as hot as I would have liked. "

Food in the café is good and reasonably priced (for CA). Pro-tip if your tipi has an evaporative cooler: ask for ice to put in it; it’ll cool the tipi right down."
