"We late checked in just after 11pm est. I went to confirm that I had contacted the front desk and had advised that our children had found their beds had blood on the sheets. "Overall, this was a positive hotel experience. The lobby was clean and stylish. Check-in staff were courteous and helpful. "A very nice hotel in a great area of Orlando. Rooms were spacious, modern-looking, well laid out and clean. Breakfast was above average compared to a typical hotel. Hot brewed complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Staff were friendly and very responsive to our needs. "
