"The establishment was okay overall and reasonable for the price. The room was clean and the location made it easy to find places nearby for dinner. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. Parking was a real issue — although it’s meant to be one vehicle per room, several spots were taken up by trailers, and one vehicle with a trailer managed to occupy six spaces. The car park was completely full by 6pm. The hallways were noisy throughout the night, and the bed was extremely firm, almost...

"Confusion over package perks! Drinks in happy hour etc… Breakfast add in’s Generally didn’t get told what we were entitled to. The room was amazing, very happy with it! •Through Expedia App. asked questions and never got an answer with communication with contacting the hotel. I rang Expedia directly, for answers. I also rang the hotel directly as well and Spoke to a young lady a few days prior to our booking and she was not helpful and had no idea."

"Over all was a great place to stay. I was on the 6th floor and had poor internet to stream on the TV, this was the only source for watching anything. The A/C could not be set any lower than 20 degrees which I found to be on the warm side."

"Always a good stay at The Constance. Rooms are lovely. A little disappointed with the courtyard room as didn't realise its not got any undercover area, it was raining so couldn't use it and the outside bench and cushions were all soaked. Probably just get a normal room next time as a bit cheaper. Great breakfast the next morning at a really reasonable price. It's a shame they have rebranded the breakfast room though, it's a bit bland now. We LOVED when it was The Rose Room."
