"We booked 2 rooms and they both smelled like cigarette smoke. We were offered different rooms and after checking the next 3 which all smelled like cigarette smoke we asked to cancel our rooms for a refund which the desk person politely did and provided receipts for them. All the rooms had no smoking ..."
