"I would give 5 stars to the room - the amazing views and heated plunge pool . Stunning and totally unique. I must note that even though we had a butler with the room - it did not live up to its billing. The staff were very kind and friendly , HOWEVER the quality, level of service and lack of communication between staff did not match the surroundings and cost ( during our stay in St Lucia we stayed in other hotels where service was exceptional and seamless ) . In addition, the food was average, which again was rather disappointing . Though we had an excellent dinner at the Rabot across the road. The hotel’s own trail was short but v good and brought closer fantastic views of the Petit Pitons. Finally , if it’s your thing - The CV, weights and Pilates rooms were very well equipped and extremely good. Overall , I would say 4 stars - we had a very enjoyable and memorable stay but there are a few areas they really need to work on and they should not rely on the view alone to do all the hard work !"

"Food was excellent at Coconut Bay Beach Resort! So many choices and all of them were good. Pools were clean and many to choose from and there was always something for entertainment in the evening. Some seaweed in front of the resort but down to the left of the main part of resort at Paradise Beach there was minimal seaweed. Very close to the airport and close to many excursions. Great place to stay!"

"The hotel is so unique. Balcony looks out to the ocean and The Gros Piton. Excursions were fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff were excellent. The drivers were friendly and very knowledgeable "

"Very outdated only 1 restaurant on site and food wasn’t good room had bugs mini fridge was on a moving cart that falls off every time you open it. Pool isn’t useable been under construction for over a year! The property had a lot of junk around grounds aren’t kept up .The view was beautiful but you can get that at other places! Do not stay here! "

"The hotel definitely lived up to its name, the views were truly beautiful. The staff were all extremely helpful and every time we needed help they supported our needs. they also offer a breakfast lunch and dinner menu which was great!"

"Overall we had a really nice stay at Zoëtry! The facilities are really nice, especially the pool and our room. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall, the atmosphere was very charming and relaxing. Cons were that the food wasn’t very good, except at the steakhouse where you had to pay extra outside of the all-inclusive, and the beach they use is open to the public, so it’s just not quite as peaceful compared to a private beach. If you are looking for a resort vacation that is very relaxing without breaking the bank, and you don’t mind missing some of the full luxury experiences, then Zoëtry would be a great place for you and/or your family!"

"This has been the most relaxing holiday we have ever had, we left feeling really nourished by it. All the staff are very welcoming and pleasant, we had all the help we wanted and it always came cheerfully with a smile. Fond Doux has a lovely laid back vibe, lush gardens full of birds, lovely to sit out in the evening listening to frogs and crickets calling. The resort is near to the two Pitons, volcanic hot springs & mud baths, botanical gardens & diamond waterfall, several beaches (a shuttle is provided to Sugar Beach). The Tet Paul Trail is a 30 minute walk up the road (up bring the operative word!) and there is also a ‘Piton View Trail’ within the grounds of Fond Doux which, although steep up and down, is well worth doing. There are two swimming pool areas on the property, both very nice. We didn’t use the sauna or gymn but did join Pilates and Aquarobics which were great. The food was great, the hotel restaurant has a Carribean night with live music - great on both the Saturdays we were there. Highly recommended resort if you prefer quiet, private locations in Nature rather than the larger bustling resorts on offer."
