To be fair, we went during the off season (September and hurricanes) and it seemed like they were low staffed with low occupancy, but overall the resort is fantastic, with lots of daily activities and we highly recommend Joy’s adventure to the volcano mud baths and waterfall! Definitely worth the trip!!

Still reeling over our beautiful time at the Zoetry St. Lucia! My husband and I came for our honeymoon and were amazed at the level of service and friendliness across the entire staff. This is the perfect destination if you want a mix of a relaxing vacation with some fun activities. We wanted to shout out a few people for making our stay extra special! Caleb was the ULTIMATE bartender providing us with delicious drinks and great conversation every time we frequented the swim up pool bar! He greeted us every time we walked by the pool area! Nigel was an excellent bartender who was the life of the party dancing on the sunset cruise! Jay was a fantastic Yoga teacher who is extremely knowledgeable about fitness! At the gym, he helped my husband and I work on our strength training forms! He also hosted a super fun mixology class that helped us hone in on our bartending skills! Darceyl was very knowledgeable about the art of body scrub making and was full of good conversation and a few laughs! Tracey served us a special private dinner in a tree house on the resort. Each course was delicious and fresh! She went above and beyond when she escorted us back to our room with an umbrella after our meal. We wanted to shout out the entire concierge team at the library and specifically Johann for checking in with us and helping us to book memorable activities! We wish we could have remembered every single person’s name because truly we were in awe by the service. Thank you!

1. There was no hot water in either sink or shower, water pressure was very low which made bathing difficult and unpleasant. Also, the toilet didn't flush fully. I notified the desk starting at 9:00 pm as we only got to our room at around 7 pm due to it not being ready at our 4:45pm arrival. 2. So, we went walking around and then we went to dinner and then hoped to shower and go to bed, yet there was no robes in the room, only one set of slippers 3. Our room had no electrical converter as given to other guests and although we asked, were never given one. 4. Upon arrival at 4:45pm our room was not ready yet stated check in is at 4pm. We did not have access to our room until 7pm. 5. The staff committed to put our suitcases in our room when it was ready so they would be there for us. Yet when we retuned from dinner only one suitcase was in the room and my daughters suitcase was not there as promised and we had to call for it. 6. At around 10:15 we received notice that the manager wanted us to move rooms. This after three hours of giving notice of issues and by that time, I relayed it was too late as we had to leave early at 8:30. 7. At 10:45 pm a man came to our room offering to move us. My daughter was already in bed trying to sleep and I relayed this was not an acceptable or comfortable solution. 8. This morning we woke tired and the morning desk told me the night staff didn't relay any details regarding any of the above. So they were completel

The bartenders and waitstaff were super! Very attentive and friendly. Andre at the Cove deserves a heck of a raise! Not much of a variety of restaurants and food choices especially for breakfast. Wish there was more night events/music like the reggae performer that we saw Wednesday night. The two excursions sunset cruise and Joys Experience were fantastic and recommended for everyone. The crew was a blast and took care of everyone! Really enjoyed our honeymoon with that being said we will most likely explore other options in the future as this was very pricey for not a lot of variety. Saint Lucia is beautiful though and definitely worth visiting.
